How it works
Four clear steps: from screening to a routine that fits into the working day.

Movement tests and a short self-assessment are summarised in a personal screening report: green for low risk, yellow for early signs of discomfort or red for high risk linked to physical strain.

Short VR sessions are tailored to each participant's starting point. Breathing and mindfulness exercises are available as a complement.

Participants can ask questions and get help from the Curest team via chat throughout the programme.

Each employee receives personalised feedback and support for maintaining their routine.

Movement tests and questions about the working day are summarised in a personal screening report. It shows your risk level and forms the basis of your training.
The screening report gives each employee a clear risk level and is used to tailor the training.
The risk classification guides the training and any next steps. It is not a diagnosis or an assessment of fitness for work.
